Our Story
Providing Solutions Since 2007
Müggenburg & Premiere Solar Ltd was formally incorporated in 2018 as a special purpose firm for the realization of its 2 parent companies vision.
Müggenburg Ltd, was founded in2007 to carry out construction of new buildings of private houses, rehabilitation of ailing properties and tiling work. It ventured into the Energy Sector specifically the construction of Solar Farms which was initially restricted to small to medium sized roof systems for private investors and added the PhotoVoltaic Sector portfolio in 2009.Over the years, Müggenburg Ltd has been building turnkey solar parks for fund companies, large companies as well as highly capitalized companies and institutions. Its footprints cut across several European countries and South America.
Premiere TechBills and Clients Services Ltd was formally incorporated to develop Energy Solutions in the Oil & Gas, Electricity as well as develop scalable models pertaining to Renewable Energy. It has successfully deployed several solutions that are undergoing patency and is on the verge of launching a revolutionary Metering Solution for the Nigeria and African Market.
