Our Financing Options
Private/Public-Private Partnership
This provides the estate/institution (public or private) with the opportunity to hold a stake in the investment portfolio with arrangement to own the Energy Facilities over an agreed period of time. The Return on Investment period would be determined by the revenue generating units currently available to the client.
Sole Private Funding
This provides for the Investment to be financed and owned for an agreed period of time by our Firm while the electrified estate/institution (public or private) will be metered for Energy Accountability. The recoup on Investment would be via electricity generated bills paid by the clients on agreed covenants with the firm.
