Mario (Snr) is an astute engineering management expert with ventures in real estate and urban highway construction as well as railway management. His voyage into Renewable Energy development began in 2002 with household constructions before expanding into the entity, Müggenburg Gmbh in 2007. He has managed the mother company for over 13 years with businesses in Germany, Belgium, England, Wales, Poland, Norway and South Africa. He has overseen the development of leading photovoltaic modules used across Europe and has long technical partnership with leading Grid Storage providers such NEC Energy Solutions, LG Solar etc. The mother company, Müggenburg GmbH has been developing 25MW of electricity for one of the largest distribution company in Germany, EWE Gmbh over the last 12 years which cover a large management of grid networks and home units.

He brings his wealth of experiences into the achievement of the Müggenburg & Premiere Solar Limited vision with foremost interest in the Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry.

Managing Director

Benard’s career spans over 18 years  with a large stint in project & asset management, project financing as well as business development in the road construction, oil and gas as well as real estate.  He co-founded the Deutsche Emybey Consulting Company and held series of leadership positions in Germany and Nigeria.

His business vision kindled the relationship with Müggenburg Gmbh,Germany in 2012  which has evolved into Müggenburg & Premiere Solar Limited,Nigeria.

Prior to his academic years, he was a pro-basketballer in Ivory Coast as well as  Braunschweig, Germany and played for 12 years.He has gained depth in International Trade as well as Financing and brings these experiences into the management of Müggenburg & Premiere Solar Ltd’s African vision.

He speaks three Languages fluently which are Deutsche, English and French.

Anthony’s career spans 2 decades with cognate experience in both financial services, legislative policy development and the Power industry, Anthony’s career crosses periods with the United Bank for Africa Plc ,Keystone Bank in Nigeria, National Assembly and until March 2018 was the Key Clients Officer (Edo and Ekiti) for the Benin Electricity Distribution Company. Anthony is responsible for driving the firm’s Strategy,Business Transformation and Policy Development for the firm .He is a an astute services centered individual and responsible for the development of the firm’s businesses as it affects Power Generation & Distribution Solutions, Smart Metering, Smart Grid & Metering Solutions. Equally, he covers the Business Development, Finance and Risk Management for the firm. His knowledge covers amongst others Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies and Energy Policies and Economics.

ED-External Relations and Resources

With over 22 years cognate experience in different industries,which cut across Information Technology, Services and Agriculture, his career has covered such areas as technical sales and marketing of FMCG products, channel development, community relations, dispute resolution, general administration, health and safety policy development as well as agribusiness development and management.

Clement has held positions in the Nigerian Labour Congress, Airtel and Wells Hosa Farms with an educational background that circumscribes agri business construction and management as well as business administration with specialization in human resource recruitment, training and development.

Being a very motivated individual, his knowledge covers areas such Project management, Leadership & Management as well as Ergonomics.

He is responsible for Resource Allocation and Management (including Information Technology andHuman Capital Management) as well as External Stakeholders engagement for the firm.
